Sorry, Wrong Number Aziz Uncle!
Aziz Mirza is a good story teller. And that's what he tries to do in Kismat Konnection as well. The film wants us to realise the power of love, luck and destiny. In short, the brighter side of life. It's the story of hopelessness meets luck and how the sun shines, thereafter.

Shahid (Raj Malhotra), an architect, is bestowed with the choicest bad luck. Nothing moves in his life despite the fact that he was the best student of his college and all that. While all his batch mates have settled down in good jobs, Shahid is still struggling to even start his car, literally!
Wherever he goes his phooti kismet follows him (like the dog in that Vodafone ad following his master with his tongue stuck out) till he can take it no more and bumps into a corny (that's what he thinks) fortune-teller, Haseena Bano Jaan (Juhi Chawla), who informs him with all her on-screen humour and giggles (a la Juhi Chawla) that his lady luck is on her way and that once he finds her he must keep her with him all his life or lest bad luck revisit him.

What happens next is not so difficult to guess either: girl meets boy!

The entire plot thereafter revolves around how Shahid discovers the lady luck of his life Priya (Vidya Balan), and how a series of 'nice nice things' start happening to him. With a tiny twist in between that's not significant enough to mention, the director brings together the lovers in the most predictable manner?happily for ever.

Watch the movie if you are typically an Aziz Mirza fan. You can look forward to some light moments in the film and songs that are now crawling up the numerous countdowns. The sets and locations look pleasing to the eye; actually they all look like scenes from a postcard.

Watch the movie if you are in the mood for a popcorn and coke; watch it if your maid hasn't turned up for three days in a row and you got to clean loads of stinking dishes lying in the sink; watch it if you forgot your anniversary this morning and want to reach home only after your wife's dozed off; watch it if your kid has tweaked, bitten someone else's kiddo and you have been called to the school for some gyan from the Principal-all you people need a heavy doze of 'hope', 'luck' and all of that?all thanks to Aziz uncle!
Enjoy the foot-tapping songs and Shahid's grooving, and thank God that the movie doesn't tax your grey cells at all!
One time watch.
