Emraan’s wife Praveen Hashmi gave birth to a healthy baby boy at a Private Hospital in Mumbai on 3rd February, 2010. Emraan is extremely happy with the beginning of a new inning in his life and accepts fatherhood as boon. Mr. & Mrs. Hashmi have happily named their son as “AYAAN”. “I’m feeling pretty spaced and it’ll take a while to come to terms with the fact that I have actually turned dad. I am on very happy and so is my wife” Is what Emraan had to say on the day which he termed as one of the finest days of his life. Emraan has matured as an actor with time. Starting his career from Footpath, now Emraan is looked upon as one of the finest and most bankable actors in the Film industry.
